Second hand housing. The one that has already been transmitted on one or more occasions. Normally it will be a home already used, but it may be the case that it is brand new.
In any case It is important to check when buying a second-hand home a number of aspects:
- Information in the Property Registry:
- Who is its owner
-Characteristics of the registered farm
-Community expenses quota that corresponds to that house
- That it is without charges (rental contract, third party rights over the property in question).
It is also interesting to ask the administrator of the Community of Owners for a certificate of whether the house is up to date with the community expenses that correspond to it. Check the last IBI receipt paid and the mortgage situation of the property (in order to cancel the mortgage before or proceed to subrogation).
