The initial results of Clickair, Iberia's cheap flights subsidiary, since it began operations on October 1, are encouraging it to expand new flights and design new expansion plans. With its three aircraft, it currently maintains connections from Barcelona with Seville, Geneva, Zürich and Lisbon, and two frequencies between Seville and Paris.
Clickair launch prices
The airline company is very satisfied with its offers and launch price campaigns (100,000 tickets at 5 euros) and its "all-inclusive" campaign of flights at 20 euros. To see these offers you must go to its website www.clickair.com.
New Clickair flights and plans
Between January 1 and March 1, 2007 Clickair wants to offer new cheap flights to the following cities: Barcelona, Malaga, Munich, Porto, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Dublin, Basel, Prague and Berlin (in addition to a new daily frequency to Lisbon).
Also in early 2007 the airline plans to establish flights from Seville and Valencia to London Heathrow. With these clickair flights, it will be the first cheap flight company to connect these cities with London Heathrow airport. A new route between Valencia and Milan-Malpensa is also planned.
