- Avoid or reduce carbonated drinks.
- Avoid fatty fried foods.
- Exercise to help stimulate digestion.
- Avoid tight clothing around your waist.
- Limit or avoid artificial sweeteners.
- Eat slowly and chew well.
- Drink plenty of water to avoid constipation.
